Certain situations mean a booking or wasted journey fee must be withheld from refunds in order to cover costs.
We would like to prevent this happening wherever possible.
Please read the information below to ensure these fees don't apply to you.
Booking Fees
You can cancel the Contract during the service, however any services that have already been completed will still be chargeable. Clearance and Clean Up Ltd calculate the costs incurred when booking a service as £25 which covers admin and transaction costs, the final invoice will be altered accordingly.
Please Note: We are happy to make amendments to your booking but ask for at least 24 hours notice of changes.
Wasted Journey Fees
Clearance and Clean Up Ltd calculate the costs of a wasted journey as £50, the final invoice will be altered accordingly.
A wasted journey occurs when:
For example:
Beds dismantled
Feet and arms removed from furniture (If required)
Etc
