Our 1-Yard collection is the equivalent of a single domestic wheelie bin. Which is the average of 5 refuse sacks or a max weight of 50kg. This includes 10 minutes of labour.

2 yd³

Our 2-Yard collection is the equivalent of two domestic wheelie bins. Which is the average of 10 refuse sacks or a max weight of 70kg. This includes 10 minutes of labour.

3 yd³

Our 3-Yard collection is the equivalent of 20 refuse sacks or a max weight of 175kg. This includes 15 minutes of labour.

4 yd³

Our 4-Yard collection is the equivalent of a midi skip or 35 refuse sacks. With a max weight of 300kg. This includes 30 minutes of labour.

7 yd³

Our 7-Yard collection is the equivalent of a builders skip or 60 refuse sacks. With a max weight of 575kg. This includes 50 minutes of labour.

8 yd³

Our 8-Yard collection is the equivalent of a large builders skip or 70 refuse sacks. With a max weight of 650kg. This includes 60 minutes of labour.

Our 10-Yard collection is the equivalent of a jumbo skip or 85 refuse sacks. With a max weight of 850kg. This includes 70 minutes of labour.

A single refuse sack with a maximum weight of 10kg.

Mattress

Any sized mattress, from single to queen size.

Arm Chair / Office Chair

Any standard arm chair or office chair.

Please Note: For love chairs book a 2-seater sofa.

2-Seater Sofa

Any 2-seater sofa, love chair or sofa bed.

Please Note: If a sofa bed contains a mattress then you must add this to the booking separately.

3-Seater Sofa

Think about access.

Was the sofa carried into the house without the need to remove windows or door frames?

Corner Sofa

Your booking will depend on the number of seats on your corner sofa.

The single item corner sofa option is available for a maximum of 6 seater sofas.

I opted for using Clearance and Clean Up Ltd when I had to empty a rental property in Malton after a tenant vacated leaving a load of mess and furniture, and the service I received was second to none! From the initial call I made to the very helpful lady at their office, who guided me expertly through the process, and gave me very helpful and honest advice on the size of collection vehicle I would need, to the amazing chaps, Rob and Ben, who came on the day to help clear the rubbish and old furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for them, despite the horrendous weather outside at the time! Historically I would have used a skip for this type of thing, which would have cost me more than this amazing service, and I would have had to do the all of the lifting myself!
