After being let down by Veolia and complaints from the residents, the property manager at Fulchrum Apartments called late afternoon to enquire whether we could clear an overflowing bin store.
Due to the urgency, we reacted swiftly and booked a 7.30am slot for the following morning. Tim, the property manager, met our team on site where three overflowing bins were emptied, the excess rubbish was removed and the site was swept through.
He was extremely impressed with the team that attended, the quick response from his initial phone call and won’t hesitate to call Clearance and Clean Up again to attend this site and various other properties across Sheffield city centre.
