Events Project Manager and Team Co-ordinator

Clearance and Clean Up work with a number of national event organisers to manage their
onsite waste. This includes attending events such as festivals, endurance races etc.
Organising and managing teams of litter pickers and liaising with site managers and waste
management companies. As well as pre-planning and orchestrating everything which needs
to take place in order to run a successful waste management operation and clearance
campaign.

We are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with teams of people. And
comfortable with manual work and the outdoors. Possibly from a military background, or
similar - they are regimented in their approach and able to lead a number of teams with
precision. Whilst having the ability to plan out and manage multiple ongoing projects.

Our ideal candidate:

•  Has ten years of experience in leading teams
  
  
•  Is professional in dealing with internal and external customers
  
  
•  Can manage multiple projects from start to finish
  
  
•  Has good basic IT skills (Training provided on in-house software)
  
  
•  Can work on own initiative
  
  
•  Is meticulous in their approach
  
  
•  Has strong work ethic
  
  
•  Is willing to work irregular shift patterns
  
  
•  Has good written and spoken English
  
  
•  Is active with a sufficient level of fitness
  
  
• Towing experience a plus

The right candidate will be offered a £25,000 to £30,000 yearly salary.

You will manage your own time, having the option of working remotely - with regular checkins and progress reports.

Likely to be given prolongued periods of paid leave during the winter, you'll be willing to work long hours and consecutive shifts during the summer months.

You will attend some of the most popular events in the UK and be an ambassador for our
company.

This is a permanent role with a 6-month probation period.
