Once you’re all booked in, you’ll receive an instant email booking confirmation and invoice.
Your Stoke-on-Trent furniture collection will be completed on the time and date which you select upon booking.
If the team can access the furniture, then you don’t need to attend the collection.
Once complete, we’ll provide paperwork to prove legal disposal upon request.
Our By Item collections cover popular grab & go items
such as chairs, beds, mattresses and white goods at a discounted rate.
Unfortunately, we can't offer free collection for any items.
If you have something that could be donated or sold, we would recommend contacting a local charity shop.

Our furniture collection service is a great alternative to skip hire. With us, there is no need to do any of the manual work. There's often a lot of waiting involved with using skips. Whereas we turn up and collect everything, usually in one go.
Skips can cause access issues for businesses. You'd also need to adhere to your local councils rules with regards to lights and signage.
Please note: When using our single item booking system, all items must be dismantled.
We must be able to remove your items without risking damage to the property.
Any standard arm chair or office chair.
Please Note: For love chairs book a 2-seater sofa.
Any 2-seater sofa, love chair or sofa bed.
Please Note: If a sofa bed contains a mattress then you must add this to the booking separately.
Your booking will depend on the number of seats on your corner sofa.
The single item corner sofa option is available for a maximum of 6 seater sofas.

Is your gas cooker or oven still connected?
Please Note: If your cooker needs disconnecting and does not have a bayonet fitting, then you may need a Corgi registers gas engineer to disconnect it.
