I opted for using Clearance and Clean Up Ltd when I had to empty a rental property in Malton after a tenant vacated leaving a load of mess and furniture, and the service I received was second to none! From the initial call I made to the very helpful lady at their office, who guided me expertly through the process, and gave me very helpful and honest advice on the size of collection vehicle I would need, to the amazing chaps, Rob and Ben, who came on the day to help clear the rubbish and old furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for them, despite the horrendous weather outside at the time! Historically I would have used a skip for this type of thing, which would have cost me more than this amazing service, and I would have had to do the all of the lifting myself!
