Waste Collection and Property Clearance Driver / Operative | Leigh/Wigan

Clearance and Clean Up Ltd are a national property clearance and rubbish removal company. We are looking for a hard working and motivated individual to join our Lancashire team.

The ideal candidate is suited to a fast-paced environment with heavy lifting. You can work on your own initiative whilst leading others and have proven customer service skills.

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Must have transport to travel to Leigh.
• Pass a DBS check. (If you already have one this would be a great advantage)
• Full UK driving license. (Minimum 10 years experience driving large vans)
• No more than 3 penalty points
• Hard working and honest.
• A level of tech literacy -  Jobs and worksheets are allocated on a tablet.
• Fit and healthy - This is a manual job with heavy lifting.
• Friendly with good customer service.
• Be able to travel to and from work as fleet use is not permitted.
• Have experience in driving 3.5T Luton vans or similar

This role comes with a 6 month probation period for the successful candidate.

It is a full time position - Monday to Friday

Working hours between 0700 and 1900.

40 hours minimum between

You will be working on a clock-in-clock-out basis.

With 7am starts and a minimum of 40 hours paid.

But will likely be around 44 - 47.5 with some days running longer than others.
