Pricing for you at Clearance and Cleanup

Are you clearing out a property or moving in to a new home?  Do you need some assistance with emptying the property?  Or are you unable to lift heavy furniture or navigate stairs with boxes?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then there is no need to worry because that is the job of Clearance and Cleanup!  Not only do we want to help you physically, but we want to help you in an economical fashion, too.  How you ask?  Well, through our pricing method.  We want to make our assistance affordable to everybody in their time of need.  After all, we all know how stressful it is moving or emptying a property – no matter what its size!

Clearance and Cleanup work in the Yorkshire area, specialising in Sheffield, Worksop and Chesterfield.  No job is too big or too small – we just want to take the stress away from you!  Rest assured that no matter how much ‘homework’ you do or not, we will not be beaten on our price and we certainly wont be beaten on how we undertake our duties.  We want to do the best we can for you and at the best of prices.  Would you like to know how much this costs and how we have worked it out?

How do we price up at Clearance and Cleanup?

Here at Clearance and Clearup, we have deciphered our pricing based upon how much space you need in one of our standard vans.  Our standard van is a 3.5 tonne Luton box van.  It is 13.2 feet long, 7 feet wide and 7 feet high.  Internally, it is 25 cubic yards and can carry 1.2 tonnes to your chosen destination.

All of the below prices include VAT and labour.

Quarter load = £130

Half load = £190

Three quarters of a load = £265

Full load = £345
